Gen Z has an entrepreneurial spirit. They have learned to leverage social platforms into businesses, brands, and sustainable sources of income. They are experts at taking what is given and turning into something desired.

They are aware of the cost of life and education. They desire to gain the return of education without taking on the debt of it. While generous as a generation, they desire that their investment show return in impact on culture and the world.

This generation has sensors set off by inauthenticity. They will flee from organizations and individuals that are perceived as less than authentic. They desire connections and content that address real concerns, on real issues, engaging their real passions.
Spiritually Exiled
Gen Z is seeking an authentic faith expression, not simply a religious experience. They desire to know who Jesus really is and want to see that translated in a life and culture that is increasingly hostile towards and disconnected from Christian ideals.
Jesus Minded
This is a generation that desires to know who Jesus really is. They desire to embody the Jesus found on the pages of Scripture more than the Jesus that has been culturally handed down.
